Reason: These tags already have elderly in the name, but don’t already imply the tag ‘elderly’. This is my first BUR, hopefully I did this correctly.

We dont bump dead threads which are for things other than AIBURs. AIBURs get a couple more years after approval/rejection before they're considered truly dead
If it's still pending, it's fair game.

I’m gonna try bumping this again to see if a Mod can see this. I’m pretty sure this thread fulfills all the requirements.
