Reason: I don't see a difference between these two in the tagged posts. Aliasing lesser-used to more-used, but I have no objection to reversing the alias if that's preferred.

I agree with having it the way you suggest. Grins are a specific type of smile that involves visible teeth, but as the example image on the mischievous_smile wiki page shows, not all mischievous smiles have to show any teeth.
