I'm not sure about these. If someone is sharing their significant other, I guess you could say the difference between "cuckold" vs. "being swingers" is whether humiliation is intended... But how can you tell whether humiliation is intended outside of very clear dialogue or the cuckold being devastated?

Is the intent of the sex to humiliate him? It's likely, but really, who knows? There's a lack of context.

Oh, I guess I should pay more attention about it bc usually I base these information on wikis and I put these tags in burs without look on this point that you said. So, I don't think it might be humiliation if they have a consenting about it and have a nice relationship between themselves. I don't think it should be written as a "humiliation kink" tho. Anyway, sorry about that. I'll update my bur and put some tags that was fault instead.

those wikis should probably have total rewrites, the way they're written are kind of self-contradictory, mainly mentioning a character being "unfaithful" in the first paragraph (piping it to infidelity) and then the second paragraph seems to imply infidelity is mutually exclusive. they also don't describe the tags use super well.

functionally the way I see the two cuck* tags used, they are just "A character whose significant other is having sex with a third party, and they themselves are not directly involved in the sex." it's often but not always a humiliation thing, sometimes it's infidelity but that requires a clear/explicit lack of concent on the cuck's part.
