The bulk update request #13049 is pending approval.

Reason: The tag is mainly used for shoes, but can also refer to pump as in a fluid transportation device, or the action of pumping.

After this BUR, pumps tag should either be turned into a disambiguation page, or aliased to pump.

Needs a lot of cleanup, but probably easier to remove the incorrect tags after this mass update then every post if it were instead directly disambiguated. Also, pumps_(shoes) should imply shoes, but before that pumps -shoes would be a decent start to cleanup.
