It seems like we typically tag unnamed parent characters as [character]'s_mom/dad (e.g. chi_chi's_mom or retsuko's_mother), but seeing as these are the parents of all three of the main characters (Lala, Sulu, and Tima), picking any one of them would be pretty arbitrary. They're called 'MOM' and 'DAD' in the English subtitles and listed as Ана and Әкә in the credits (which are the Kazakh words for the same).
