Topic: Why is Hyper_Problems so undertagged?

Art where the breasts, or cock and balls, or both, are too big and this causes problems, inconveniences, disasters, or other BS? Hypersensitive gigantic penises flooding the subway with ejaculate? Colossal breasts flooding offices with milk? You'll find tons of art like that on this site. But the actual tag for it is so rarely used. Why?

The tags Inconvenient_Breasts and Convenient_Breasts are rarely used for art where the breasts are convenient, useful, or a mundane utility, or an obnoxious inconvenient thing, too. Why?

I'd say it's a combination of those things being common so they're not though of as something to be tagged and tag obscurity.

hyper_problems are arguably not problems too, depending on the character's or viewer's perspective. Though maybe the wiki for that tag needs work. The day to day part of the definition does restrict what can be included. Something like your examples are presumably not a regular occurrence.

Day to day problems that will occur when the subject is hyper.

There is inconvenient_hyper as well. convenient_breasts doesn't seem to be an actual tag. Like, it returns nothing.
