I'm pretty sure that generally, when an artist has a distinction in accounts between SFW and NSFW, they're left separate/unaliased. Unless the artist says otherwise or something.

If there's a clear link between the two names and the artist isn't trying to hide it, we do prefer to alias the names together. In this case, the @OokaOokami Twitter handle has "RutherT4 πΊ" as the display name, and the @RutherT4 Twitter handle has "Ooka π Ύππ ° miπΊ" as the display name, which is probably good enough unless the artist says otherwise.
