The bulk update request #13665 is pending approval.

create implication hair_over_eye (46853) -> one_eye_obstructed (44020)
create implication hair_over_eyes (20957) -> obscured_eyes (3807)

Reason: The wiki pages for one_eye_obstructed and obscured_eyes both give hair covering the eye(s) as valid obstructions. It seems the implication hair_over_eye -> one_eye_obstructed was previously made (implication #29786) but deleted for some reason. There is no forum attached so I can't see why.

Ah, ImpidiDinkaDoo. Decent Admin from what I can tell. Quite active with organizing the tags system, though not discussing much of their work beforehand was a particular weakness of theirs. Got to respect their dedication despite that.
