Reason: I think that this isn't a good alias. First, bits do not always function as gags (holding moth open and/or blocking speech):

Second, while I don't know what terms would successfully find this in a search, bits are common decorations on shoes, bags, and can be incorporated into jewelry.
I would recommend the bit_gag tag not be applied on images where the bit is not visibly functioning as a gag.
