    i agree, this seems to be just an upscaled (to ~708px width) and cropped edit of that post. there's no significant difference in quality, besides everything, including compression artifacts, just being blurred out.
    regarding the linked image, despite the compression, it looks way better. the colors aren't washed out, and the lines aren't blurry.
