Powerphantasy of a mice?

I somehow get a Gadget vibe here...

Weird. Is it some sort of advanced terrarium? Or maybe she shrunk and captured continent and it's surroundings. Or is she some sort of rodent Goddess who is bored and decides to stir up the inhabitants of a planet. Or maybe an alien mouse girl tormenting a planet in the micro-verse through an interdimensional portal. Curiouser and Curiouser.

No.2 is the correct one. :)
She used some sort of weapon to shrink down a city, and put it inside a petri dish. She is a mouse, mouse-sized. That lives inside the walls of a proper flat with other two much bigger girls. :3
Her plan now is to use the petri disk as a bathtub for a... "crowd bath" XD
I just performed what the commissioner asked me to do. :3 But I liked the concept. X3

That is deliciously dark and surreal. I like it. Feel bad for the people in the city being used for such a twisted and inane purpose though
