Yes, porn needs no realism if you're just a drooling fapper.
Context is the basis of all understanding, the movie's basis is the non-existence of primates.
The art itself is only average, but forms a part of the spectrum that is furry art and furry porn.
The aspect of the art that brings the ire of the commenters is the psychological implication that the artist is of such limited internal imagination, that he has to actually depict a human to aid in the act of 'self insertion'. _{No, not that sort of insertion}
