Uh coming from someone who lives on the plains, I can tell you got it pretty down pat.

I'm not sure of your specific process, but you could cut layers of the image in photoshop and simply have a background layer that's a lighter blue, then adjust the Opacity of the further-back elements per-layer to replicate the atmosphere you see in real-life. :)

Nope. I could do it in under 5 minutes. But again, I'm not sure what Feretta uses for programs. Regardless, it's actually quite a simple technique :)

"flat and dull" is the exact definition of plains.

Sorry, page took longer than sunday, and I wanted to have fun on monday 'cuz birthday and then after that I didn't manage to finish on tuesday and then wednesday and thursday I had massive, debilitating migraines so I figured fuck it, I'll finish it this weekend.

If it's any consolation, it'll be worth the wait. Y'all are gonna love this shit. It's gonna be the biggest and most impenetrable comic page ever. It's gonna be huge.
