See that pole? It's actually not a pole, but a handle attached to a counterweight that she must use so that she cal actually walk. And the garment? It's the front portion that's connected to a steel spine that helps support her spinal column and reduce weight on the neck through use of the collar and understeelcable (Because, I can assure you, it is not a simple 'underwire' type).
