    Not quite. It's closer to a pike, and lacks the proper axe-like cleaver to be a halberd. And honestly, the spike on the reverse side of the poorly considered cleaving edge (which does not have the mass to be an effective tool) is too short, too poorly placed, and too -curved- to be functional in the fashion of a halberd's armor piercing counterpart.

    If a blacksmith were to try and pass something like that off as a functional weapon, they'd be the laughing stock of the town.

    Too bad the artist doesn't know any better.
