She'd prolly need to poison you to weak your mind.
Something that destroys your willpower or magic ability.

Something like poison joke ... if it causes the right effect you should be weak enough to stay banished for quite a while ... and in case you don't recover in banishment a thousand years are achieved pretty fast.
