Someone combined instant loss 2koma with the loss.jpg meme. Which if that's not enough context, its referring to a much maligned page of Ctrl-Alt-Del a comedy gaming webcomic, that well resulted in one of the major characters just suddenly having a miscarriage. Which was a huge huge tone whiplash, and wasn't really executed well even ignoring that. So it got mocked a lot, and then people started mocking the panel/character layout which became this huge meme.

Anyways, this little fusion resulted in me actually laughing at miscarriage. I'd say I'm going to hell but given how long I've been using this site. That's not really a revelation.

She did not want to have a kid with him earlier, then she decided that she wants to, she got pregnant with his kid, but the kid died.
