MemberThe artist specified when uploading to her account that this was a corgi. I've seen corgi before, and by anthropomorphic standards this is a perfectly believable interpretation. They usually have long tails, but corgi in particular tend to have their tails chopped off for various pretend reasons.
There's also the small matter that this character looks nothing whatever like a deer.
