    I study protos and they are organic on the insides except for a bit of life support, and their visor is actually attached to an organic body. So you can count them as not robot. Their IQ is also increased, making them able to actually press that button. He/she also has free will (edit), unless we play by the lore and this one is a common type,. Then, free will not included in the enhancements.
