They literally made the joke in the show that Loona was always gonna get lewded. They knew what they were gonna start when they designed a cute goth wolf girl and an angsty teen owl girl, and gave both daddy issues.

I can honestly see this situation being a gag in an episode: The two pairs are happily banging away in separate rooms until they hear each other. Then they're just both like "Yeah suddenly I'm not in the mood." "Understood. Cuddles?"
