"Unrealistically huge" is a very naive thing to say. There are human women who are naturally this busty, and this isn't counting the fat ones.

Not that they're a dime a dozen, of course, and oddly they seem to mostly originate from Scandinavian countries.

There are also Japanese idols and porn actresses, but I'm suspicious whether they're not merely using a very high-quality Japanese version of implants.
