As the commissioner I can explain some of what I intended.
This is supposed to be realistic knotting- the knot's already inside as it swells. The cat's reaction is to the dog's hard final thrust because it's a bit harder and deeper than the rest. It just puts emphasis on the dog's domination before he relaxes and lets kitty hang.
The sex of the cat is ambiguous and I like it that way since my preference changes.
