Prior relationships are totally irrelevant. ANY non consensual sexual activity is rape.

Doesn't even have to be penetrative. Even forcing someone to watch you masturbate is technically rape.

As a more common example; if you girlfriend asks you NOT to cum inside, and you ignore that request, that is ALSO rape, even if everything prior was consensual. (Might be difficult for the victim to press charges in this case, but not impossible)

Consent can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of whether it's explicit, or implied.

I don't care what kinky stuff you are into, but you better get that through your skull before you become sexually active IRL.
