Most the time when Octavia is around Luna she feels happy. Because they're close enough to the same age to fill happy.

Eh, I could take either shipping route. So long as they're happy together, that's what I really want to see. That, and it beats the current shipping routes for either of them, which seems to either lead to incest or homewrecking.

They're in hell. And it's fiction. I seriously doubt people in HELL of all places care about illegal activities.

They have a sister bond but definitely not a romantic bond. They seem like best friends or sisters. The creators never made it to seem like they would get together. I had a feeling there would be someone out there who would oddly ship these two.
