It is associated with the pool, the section of Homeless Dog's time after her night with The Suit is mostly gonna be guest art showing little sections of her life, and this is part of it

In this one, she's giving part of the 540$ she got to others in her same situation. The outfit change is an artistic liberty of the guest, which I welcomed cause the purpose of this part is to showcase other artstyles from artists much more talented than I!

Dang, I feel like these girls are even worse off than her even BEFORE suit guys money. At least she had clothes to wear.
