One character is deepthroating themself so deeply, their penis is coming out their own butthole.
The other character is then fucking this penis in its urethra.
Cumming inside the urethra causes the 1st character's balls to cumflate.
The 2nd character pulls out, causing the 1sts now full balls to spew its load through his own asshole.
2nd character fists the penis back into the butthole, where it regularly cumflates the 1st character.

Memberconstructive criticism, the art style here is pretty confusing, almost like a pencil sketch on a piece of paper, with a bunch of lines everywhere that just throws the eyes off. If you were going for that style, I would personally trace the sketch after I make the sketch, so that it looks clean, and it isn't confusing since I couldn't understand what was happening and had to rely on the comments on this post, but otherwise its really good and really hot concept lol.
