Jokes aside, really interesting lore reveals & stuff to speculate on in this most recent episode. Satan presumably seems to oversee all of Hell's domestic affairs & is the defacto leader of the Sins in Lucifer's absence. Still not quite sure what the true dynamic between Satan & Lucifer seems to be.

I'm curious just how big the power difference between them is. Could Satan put any pressure on Lucifer, or would he have to be just as deferent as Oz and Bee are to him? Either way, it'd be glorious to see them interact, given their polar opposite views on caste systems regarding mortal souls and arcane rule over them.

I imagine since Lucifer is still a seraphim he probably has some built in advantages that keeps Satan mostly in line & subservient to him but since his self-imposed isolation he seemingly handed over managing Hell's domestic affairs to Satan. I imagine too that since Lucifer seemingly acts as Hell's ambassador to Heaven I imagine Satan would rather not rock the boat & trigger a coup to assume full control out of fear of triggering a retaliatory response from Heaven. Satan basically has everything he would want & is practically the one in charge so why bite the hand that feeds him? Basically the Bush/Cheaney dynamic but with better singing & slightly less evil. :p

I am super curious as to what Satan & Lucifer's dynamic is going to be like in the show if Satan truly admires him, indifferent to him, or only barely tolerates him because he's useful to him.

I remember some old Livestream lore where Vivziepop said Lucifer can overpower any Demon, and that only an Angel of Higher status than him can smite him. That was years ago though and stuff changes. My guess would be Satan is jealous, as Viv made a tweet saying he was lying about ruling Hell before Lucifer.
