It's Peekha and Lahla! Though one of them had bunny ears and the other had cat ears, I can see why you'd go for just the design type that they were and draw these otherwise two random boos similar to them. Loved them in thousand year door, if you slid through the bars in the parlor you could have a talk with the one who worked there.

Interestingly enough, they switched the bunny ears with cat ears in the US release because they thought it would be too similar to the "Playboy Bunnies" and cause a lawsuit or something similar.
