I thought about Mangle's second head for a minute, and face-palmed out of my stupidity. Mangle's "second head" is supposed to be the endoskeleton of a parrot.

Actually its part of her real head. It got...'dislocated'. I don't know where this takes place but the toddlers there must be on steroids.
