This reminds me alot about "Kaiji" which is a somewhat extreme anime. Anyways the point of reffing to that is because of one specific period of an episode where it shows that every single person on this world are completely alone, we walk on lifes thin road, not being able to hear one or another, but sometimes, if you yell loudly enough, you can be heard or you will hear the person.
