Why is this getting so many downvotes? Am I missing a joke or something?

there's never an answer to why art like this is made... but why was this made?

The phrasing on the image is literally saying "some dogs should be killed", while emphasizing a large stick... The insinuation in my eyes is: "some dogs should be BEATEN to death"

There is no joke that I'm aware of, this just looks like an advertisement for animal cruelty...

I think this is a peice against one of the 101 Dalmatians characters that is seen as a creators pet. (a character the creators love to much and put in every place they can as well as attempting to potray them as perfect in some cases) I'm not sure this is a campaign for animal cruelty as much as it is a poorly thought out hate post.
Still not something that should have been made in my opinion though.

You are correct in that there definitely don't seem to be any regular tags on this post to differentiate it for the awful implication it contains. However, If you trust the vote count you could always add something like one of these to your blacklist (don't include the comment after the # sign):

score:<0 # Blacklists any post having a score that is below zero.
score:<-5 # Blacklist any post having a score that is below -5.

And it seems you can combine this with other tags so you can be more specific in your blacklist.

score:<0 101_dalmatian_street # Blacklist any post tagged 101_dalmatian_street with a score less than zero.

There is one, you have to find the "Poor_face" tag, there is only one, so it would blacklist this.
Edit: Nevermind, the tag no longer is there.
