  • He's honest and straight forward. I love it and you, Agatha, want him instead of your marriage that makes you unhappy... do it and get rid of your husband... This way you can have a relationship where you are happy again.

  • Oh yeah, I forgot Al is young and hotblooded still at the end of this. This isn't going to work out well. There's so much involved here than he sees, it's not that simple. Poor guy.

Well, practically speaking, if they've been married for decades, and she suddenly moves for divorce, they're going to look into it. Because if on paper, there's no issues, there's a reason. If there's no fault, how does that work out? Is there alimony? Kids? Property? Stocks? Any legal arrangements? It's a literal nightmare of litigation. Not to mention, people tend to stick with what they know, even *if* they are unhappy. The known is better than the unknown psychologically. So that's a very rough scenario with multiple, multiple avenues of approach and explanation. Point is, personally, Al's being used and it's at his expense psychologically. I know he has a thing of being 'first choice' but this isn't the angle, and he's about to learn a VERY, VERY hard lesson, I'd wager. It's part of growing up.

While Alphonse did react harshly when talking to his partners, I'm proud he thought it over and voiced things with Agatha as well. Her actions to me have always read as a bit selfish and like she is using Alphonse to answer what is lacking in her relationship without actually changing her situation in the slightest. I get the feeling that whatever happened in the past directly relates to why Al has the courage to confront her now over this, and it shows maturity and growth from where he started. His partners care enough to ask the hard questions, and hold one another accountable, which shows just how healthy and special their relationship actually is. I look forward to seeing where the series goes, and am rooting for our favorite sex fiend

  • That's a legitimate question she should answer. He clearly wants to be with her and he makes her happy. If she truly wants this, she should go through with it, or be upfront with him so he isn't wasting his time.

  • Honestly she doesn't have too get a divorce if she doesn't want to but, maybe talk with the guy and get a silent divorce for tax reasons.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The thrill is fun while it lasts. When it's over it kicks you hard enough to where you feel it all over.

Good analysis. I really can't guess where the artist will take us from here, and that's the mark of great storytelling!
