MemberAfter Twitter implemented editing images with Grok inline, people began posting their art as single frame GIFs, that way they don't have the option to be edited with Grok. It looks like someone downloaded that GIF (which is technically a video as far as Twitter is concerned) and posted it here in the format it downloads in.
