BlockedKing Slime is from Dragon Warrior Monsters for the Gameboy color if i remember right; adding tag just in case.

MemberThe King series of slimes started up in 4 for the NES, and they've been in every game since. Monsters, I believe, was made featuring monsters from 1 to 7.
the King Slime battle starts in med level areas with a handful of regular looking slimes who keep summoning reinforcements until there's about 7-8 of them then they all merge into one and form the king.
Slime King, as far as I've seen, fights exactly like a slime, but with very high stats instead of very weak ones.
