I've played a Iksar for ages as well, and i fail to see any respemblance there of a Iksar.

Well, seeing as Iksar have a defined appearance (since they come from and appear in EverQuest and EverQuest II), it would be as illogical to affix breasts to them as to, say, a mailbox.
