But after a brief forum discussion, it was decided to tag those as triangle_position. Since it's more descriptive.

Former StaffI've seen it used in various ways. For instance, Danbooru describes reverse spitroast as An act of group sex similar to spitroast, except that instead of one man (at least) at each end of a woman, there is one woman (at least) at each end of a man.
Whereas the Visual Novel Database lists it as: one partner (typically male) has sex with another partner (typically female) in the cowgirl position while performing oral sex on a third partner (typically female) who is sitting on their face. The two receiving partners face each other and are free to kiss and caress each other.
