If you find a higher resolution version of a post or an update to an existing post (usually a flash), then for God's sake upload it! Don't forget to flag the inferior post for deletion.

How to flag the preview (920x1227) version for deletion:
1) Copy the full (960x1280) version's ID:
Left side bar, under the heading "Statistics"
2) Flag the preview (920x1227) version for deletion
3) Select the reason "This post is a duplicate or an inferior version of another post (smaller, lower quality, etc.)"
Put the ID from step 1 in the field "ID of the superior post (must be supplied)"

This way, when the preview (920x1227) version is deleted, its favorites are automatically transferred to the full (960x1280) version.
Otherwise, the post will disappear from people's favorites.
