A musical instrument similar to an accordion, that makes noise from air blown over reeds from a bellows, with the sound controlled by buttons on the ends of the instrument.
While there are several differences from accordions, the most prominent ones are the buttons used for control, compared to the piano-like keys sticking out on the ends of accordions, and a more tubular shape than accordions.
