Character: joe rikiichi

A "Liver" working under NIJISANJI. A mysterious man who started practicing as a clown after receiving a divine revelation. His fans are called "Joe-ji", a pun that combines "Joe", 児 (children), and Pennywise's line "Hiya, Georgie!" His name is something of a pun: Joe Rikiichi (ジョー・力一) looks very similar to "Joker" (ジョーカー).
