Pussy urethra vore is vore by means of pussy sounding (i.e: insertion into the urethra of one's vulva). This is very similar to unbirthing visually, so the latter is usually the "safer" option if there's no clear indication that the prey is going up the urethra. Since that urethra usually only leads to the bladder here (no prostate, balls or anywhere else for the prey to really end up; even on herms that would be their other urethra), this typically leads to bladder vore, though that should only be tagged if there's clear indication that the prey has actually ended up inside the pred's bladder.
