For a human-sized character, the length should be no less than 4" / 10cm or more than 7" / 18cm erect, with the girth being between 3" and 6" (use best judgement with context). A flaccid penis under 2" should be considered small.
Intended use is to filter out extremes on both ends of the spectrum.
